The villa was recently completed and is situated in a prime location of Sea Breeze Hills in the Cap Estate. This St Lucia villa enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and affords complete privacy for its guests.
The villa is located high on Sea Breeze hills in the exclusive Cap Estate. Cap Estate is a residential area with private homes, three hotels and restaurants and 2 beaches along with the only 18 hole golf course. It is only a 10 minute drive from many shops, bars, restaurants and water sport activities at the beach in Rodney Bay Harbour.
This sprawling villa was designed to create a social atmosphere while still affording its occupants areas of seclusion and privacy if so desired. There are 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has been artistically decorated by local interior designers, Inside Out.
The modern yet Caribbean flair they have chosen is evident throughout the house, extending to the living and dining area and out to the pool and deck area. The pool is a haven of tranquillity, where one can hear the sounds of the waves crashing below and also where you might spot migrating whales!
The pool area is complete with a swim up bar. Equinox also has a plunge pool located directly off the master bedroom, the perfect spot for couples or honeymooner!
STAFF:
Come let Alina your housekeeper dazzle you with her repertoire of local dishes which can be enjoyed in the main dining area or outside under the stars. Equinox is the perfect villa and is suitable for all, couples/honeymooners or families. Maid and cook service provided 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am - 3 30 pm.
