THE ONE BEDROOM:
64sqm (688 sqft) apartment with modern furniture. It is perfect for one person or a couple. It has 1 bedroom with a super comfy bed, 1 bathroom, a Living-dining Room, a well equipped kitchen and a balcony to enjoy night views.
The whole area gets a ton of natural sunlight throughout the day!
It sits on the 4th floor of a boutique condo building. The condo looks out over the Rockwell skyline, Century City, Ortigas and beyond from both the living area, the bedroom and the lanai balcony. The sight of the city lights at night with the dim-able lighting makes for a warm inviting space.
The cross breeze throughout the unit when the windows are open is truly amazing.
The unit features lightning fast 50Mbps WIFI with Apple Airport Extreme Router and all HD channels for business types as well as TV aficionados and sports lovers. The DVR has prerecorded movies and allows you to record shows as well.

My one bedroom condo has 24hr security, an in building laundry service and several convenience stores within short walking distance. We know you'll find the condo very convenient.

Poblacion is Makati's oldest original neighborhood. Everything is within easy walking distance. That includes wining and dining at Dr. Wine, BBQ at Holy Smokes, and Manila's top sports bar, Howzat, as well as Rockwell PowerPlant Mall and Century City Mall and numerous cafes. Watch authentic Filipino life go by on the balcony or walking to your everyday destinations. Enjoy the perfect sidewalk going from Rockwell Drive into the Powerplant Mall. Get suits made or tailoring done at Cornell Tailors.
Taxi cabs are everywhere on Kalayaan St. 50 meters from your front door. For the techies, use easy taxi or grab taxi smartphone apps.
Note that there is no allotted parking space.
Off street parking is immediately in front of the building and is free 24 hours a day.
Driving distance, traffic-dependent:
- Airport terminals are within 20-30minutes, passing the Skyway (which is 5minutes away!)
- Rockwell, Century City, Avenue, and the restaurant and bar district are a hop and a skip away.
