Guests have access to the entire 1 bedroom and we also have in-building pay laundry service.
My wife and I live a short walk from the unit and can respond immediately to needs or requests. We also have a helper that cleans the units and can respond when we travel to the USA once a year for 4 weeks.
THE BUILDING.
The Zenbnb one bedroom condo has 24hr security, an in-building pay laundry service and several convenience stores within a short walking distance. We know you'll find the condo very convenient.
There is NO PARKING provided with the unit. There is street parking on one side of the street only, but is first come first serve and crowded. Pay lots are located within walking distance to the building.
We provide complimentary cleaning service once for a 4 night's stay, and twice a week for longer stays!
There is NOT a washer and dryer in the unit, however, Labadab wash and fold service is located in the building and can take care of any of your laundry needs for a reasonable fee.
Grab or Taxis can take you wherever you need to go in Makati and beyond.
