Positive: Nice neighborhood, everything you need nearby - 7Eleven, massage, Nimman etc. We stayed with two families - 8 people, the house is comfortable for a larger group, separate bedrooms and nice living-dining area. Pleasant outdoor area, free parking. There was no direct communication with the owner, but there was no need either. We read in the comments that airplane noise could be disturbing, but it wasn't that bad.
Negative: We generally liked everything. But if wanted it to be even better, there could be garbage bags to keep the house tidy. And we couldn't find any electrical outlets for hair dryers in the bathrooms, this made it quite inconvenient to use.
