Summary: There were issues; TV cable box needed replacing, two toilets needed to be fixed and water would constantly turn off. The owner delt with these relatively quickly. Dishwasher wouldn't work and he told me things to try and didn't replace for a month.He has interesting things but everything is very dated. Livingroom furniture should be replaced.The building is lovely and the people we met were great. The building did lots of fun get togethers. Location easy to get anywhere. We had a good time but spent as little time as possible in unit.
