New appliances (in Spanish)beautiful rose garden Banana and lime trees. There is wifi and local and long distance phone service for your stay apon request, everything is newly renovated, visit soon to our new home, there are a lot of things to do in the area with the lake close by and many other activities or if you just want to relax in the sun. If your looking to be in Chapala our house is cozy and relaxing . Nothing beats Mexican living.

Summary: The house itself was quite nice, but it turned out that no one had lived there for quite some time, so there were unexpected glitches. The washing machine had never been hooked up, there was no hot water initially, the microwave was broken, and the only channel on the television was Netflix. The owner's mother-in-law (who lived nearby) was very apologetic and kind. She tried her best to help me.
