Cozy little house. With one full bedroom and attached bonus room (see pictures)!
Easy commute to Downtown by car, bus, or any public transportation.
Has many accommodations for four occupancies; such as small porch, small yard and two parking spaces.
The space
This is a 1 bedroom plus attached bonus room next to the primary with a queen size beds.
Has 1 bath, fully furnished split in two level small home (bedrooms upstairs ) . Home has laminate wood floors throughout, and has tile floor in kitchen and bathroom.
Kitchen has full appliances to accommodate needs, including basic kitchen utensils.
Full bathroom with shower, supplied with all toiletries needed, including towels & hair dryer.
Primary bedroom has one queen size bed with small closet. The attached bonus room has a queen size bed complete with linens/pillows/blankets.
Living room has leather couch, coffee table and TV with Apple TV.
Two parking spot leading directly up to home.
Close to sound transit ( 10 min walk to Seattle light rail) cafes, restaurants, breweries, market, banks.
This is a NO smoking home allowed!
This unit is only allowed for registered guest/s, and no other parties are allowed to stay, nor are any parties allowed.
