A one bedroom luxury suite located less than 3 miles from the world famous Asbury Park beach, restaurants, and night life. Hit the beach, then go out on the town. Or if you're looking for a quiet night at home, you can chill poolside and watch the birds and butterflies flutter in the garden then enjoy a moonlight dip in the pool. Rental includes 2 Asbury Park beach badges, 2 beach chairs, & 2 bicycles. (must sign wavier).
This warm and cozy guest-suite is the entire first floor of a single family Bi-level home that's shared with owners who live upstairs. You will have complete privacy in your space which consists of two separate entrances, a living and dining area, bedroom with queen size bed, large bathroom with step-up shower/tub combo, extra closet space, a laundry/kitchenette fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances including: small refrigerator/freezer, Cuisinart toaster-oven, 2-burner induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, (drip-style), tea pot, crock-pot, air-fryer, and blender, as well as a full size washer/dryer. Other features include a 70” TV in the living room, ceramic tile floors, ceiling fans, mobile desk for working in various locations, and a spacious backyard (shared w/owners) that has tons of privacy, gardens, a multi-level brick-paver patio and heated in-ground pool. Guests are also welcome to use the Weber BBQ grill for outdoor cooking with their own utensils provided. The living/dining area features a queen sleeper-sofa, bar, mini fridge, and sliding door leading to patio and pool. Rent with 100% confidence. Summary: This home I checked into while very beautiful and clean, had a hill of a driveway not disclosed in the listing and it knocked my knee out.. Upon checking in I noticed the incline and hoped I would be ok as I did have problems with that knee.. I had called VRBO support the next day asking to be switched but they said I was in penalty and offered no solution.. I stayed until 2 more days until my knee went out completely and could barely walk..I let the hosts know earlier of the issue then that morning I checked out.. VRBO till this day 2 weeks later has done nothing to help or make the situation easier.. The hosts haven’t been to accommodating with filing an insurance claim as I eventually needed medical attention.. Hoping this gets resolved! One more issue with the home is the apartment wasn’t fully air conditioned.. No AC in kitchen, hallway and bathroom and the kitchen got uncomfortable at times.. Thanks!!
