We are a very pleasant family located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the region, steps away from the Gatineau Parkway, who are interested in providing comfortable and affordable rooms to students. But above all, we are offering you to live in a very friendly, quiet and warm atmosphere.

-about 10-15 minutes from downtown Ottawa by car and
-about 20-30 minutes from downtown Ottawa by bus;
-about 200 meters from the bus station;
-indoor, you will have access to all common areas of the house including a playroom that offers: pool table, ping-pong table, baby-foot table, poker table, dart board, TV, etc.
-outdoor, you will have access to: large patio, BBQ, swimming pool, basketball hoop, trampoline, ice rink during the winter, etc.;
-quick access to malls, parks, schools, restaurants;
-Internet and cable TV are included;
-laundry access;
-meal plan available.
We speak French, English and Spanish, and we welcome everyone including international students coming in the region to study at language schools: UNAM, GEOS, CLLC, ABCE Language School among others or at the University of Ottawa, Université du Québec à Hull and Heritage College.

NEW - If you would prefer to stay in a comfy room even closer to downtown Ottawa or Gatineau, within walking distance to malls, restaurants and shops, we have an apartment dedicated for hosting which is located about 7-8 minutes from home. See the last 8 pictures of the photo series to have an idea of the apartment with its rooms.
The newly renovated apartment is fully furnished, includes all utilities, Wi-fi, and is super convenient. Pots and pans, plates, cutlery and everything you need to cook yourself a nice dinner in the kitchen. The room is very cozy and equipped with a working desk, wardrobe, and includes all the bedding. In short, whether you need to sleep or work, you will be more than comfortable in this dwelling.
