Our Home is located in Khusibu, Nayabazar, 15 minutes walk from main tourist center of Thmel, in very safe and peaceful residency area inside the Kathmandu valley. You can find us in google maps also. We are easy excess walking distance to most of the main places, like 7 km west side of Tribhuvan International airport, 18 minutes walk to Kathmandu Durbar Square, 15 minutes to Swayambhunath Temple (Monkey Temple), 20 minutes walk to Kantipath (tourist bus park), 20 minutes walk to Balaju bus park, 5 minutes from Tourist bus stops etc.
Our house is a beautiful 4 story building, in the 4th floor, where 3 private cosy rooms (2 twinc and 1 big bed) with shared bathroom (common bathroom), 24- hour hot/cold water, free high speed WiFi and terrace, where everyone can relax in taking fresh air and can observe beautiful scenery around the Kathmandu valley.
We are a small "Rai" family from Ilam, eastern part of Nepal. Me, Bina host of homestay, my husband "Mr Puran Rai" and a 14 years son. I work in Montesswari School and my husband work in tourism. My husband well speaks English as well as French. He could provide all types of travel, trekking and tours information if required. We will available to your help our guest at the time you need and also assure you that you will find comfortable with us during the stay. We are always happy to help our guests anytime.

AIRPORT PICKUP - :)
There are two ways you can get to our place from the airport.
If you provide us with your flight number and arrival time, we can come or send a driver to pick you up at the airport. Please note that the driver charges 800 nepali rupees (US$ 8) for day-time pickup.
The other option is taking a taxi. You can call us or have taxi driver call us from the airport for directions to our place. It is about 20 minutes ride from the airport.

BREAKFAST -:)
We provide simple breakfast, which is including in room rate. Breakfast will be local bread / pancake /egg /fry potato etc with Nepali style milk or Black Tea/Coffee.
FOOD - :)
As per request, we can provide dinner. The extra cost will be USD 3 Per person. Lunch or Dinner will be Local food (Rice, daal, seasonal vegetable curry or chicken curry, pickle, fruits etc).

This room has 2 single beds with attached drawers, very comfortable for 2 persons. This is north facing with towels, chair, clothes hanger, table lamp, high speed WiFi, common bathroom and toilet. From window you can see mountain view in far distance.
