We are a small, private, gated, pet-friendly eco-home & mini permaculture farm, located at the foothills of Kep National Park, just minutes from Kep Beach and the famous Kep crab market in Kep, Cambodia. Guests who choose to stay with us are considered family and are welcomed with warm smiles and fresh baked cookies.
For breakfast, guests are provided with fresh baked artisan bread, tropical fruit jam (made on site), local organic duck eggs or Casa Kep eggs, seasonal fruit, homemade maple granola, local yogurts, fresh milk or nutmilk. For heartier breakfasts guests can visit the on-site cafe where I will cook up something much larger for you. An à la carte menu is available and guests recieve a 10% discount on all menu items.
I (Kate the owner) am an American female univeristy lecturer, artist, and baker who is obsessed with sustianabilty and loves to paint, fix stuff, build things, as well as cook/bake. I feel very blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful space and I just want to share this space with you. As I live in a small bungalow next to the cafe, I am always available for questions, to fix something that is not working, to cook you a light meal, or just have a chat.
The site has one private bungalow, a ground floor two bedroom apartment in the main house, and a private first floor suite with a massive balcony, all are available for short or long term stays.
The two bedroom apartment comes with 2 bathrooms with hot/cold showers and eco-toiletries, as well as 2 bedrooms that are equipped with hotel quaility mattresses and bedding, lots of soft pillows, soft towels, energy efficient AC, wall fans, and wardrobes. The space also comes with a large living room equipped with a 43in smart TV with Netflix, a large comfy sofa, large chairs, a dining table, mini library, boardgames, and free Wifi. Additionally there is a large guest kitchen equipped with a small toaster oven, gas stove top, microwave, cooking equiptment, dishes, cultery, small fridge, and free coffee/tea. I want my guests to consider Casa Kep their home away from home.
The bungalow is equipped with a king size bed (with bedding), private bathroom, small private seating area with a smart TV (Netflix) and sofa, a small private equipped kitchenette and private patio with a dining table, chairs, and hammock.

Please note, the property is a developing permaculture farm with free roaming cats, a dog, free range chickens, a small banana orchard, small pepper area, and a lot of fruit trees. Guests are always welcome to play with the cats and dog as well as freely pick any fruit in season or use eggs they may find around the property. Also on site there is a small dipping pool with a bamboo ledge for drinks or sitting, a guest gazebo with an outdoor sofa and chairs, a BBQ area and plenty of hammocks and seating areas for napping, resting, reading or just chilling out.
