Above the Möltenort marina, in an exposed location with beautiful sea views, at the end of a quiet residential area is the modern and tasteful Villa Bellevue with its 2 apartments.
You also have the option to reserve the entire Villa Bellevue together for 10 people. The apartments can either be used individually with 6 or 4 people each or together with a total of 10 people; ideal for the whole family, family friends or couples.

The 140 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of Villa Bellevue; enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. The spacious hall leads directly into the light-flooded modern living room. Large sliding patio doors give you a view of the wonderful garden, the Möltenorter marina and the Kiel Fjord. At the dining table, perfectly placed in front of the large terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea at breakfast; right next to it is the open kitchen. Nothing is missing here!
From the couch, aligned parallel to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, the ship traffic with cruise ships, large ferries, freighters and the many sailors and boats can be observed very well; a living room to relax! The fireplace next to it complements the feeling of wellbeing in the cooler season.
You can end wonderful summer evenings on the large terrace with patio furniture while grilling.
From the living area you can reach a bedroom with a double bed and the associated large bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can reach the second bedroom from the entrance hall. This bedroom offers a double bed and a sofa bed, ideal for the small family. A patio door leads directly from here into the beautiful garden with its pavilion. The associated shower room is located next to this bedroom. Sufficient closets in both bedrooms offer enough storage space for your wardrobe.
Outside blinds are installed on the entire ground floor for darkening.
Heikendorf offers a lot! Tennis right next door, the Kitzeberger Golf Club with its 18 holes, hiking trails, many restaurants and a town center with a wide variety of shops within walking distance.

The characteristic Möltenort harbor is just a few minutes' walk from the house. Use the rare opportunity to buy freshly caught fish directly from the cutter. The Heikendorfer Badeanstalt is 200 meters away. The most beautiful way to visit the state capital Kiel is by steamboat. This starts directly from the Möltenort feeder. Many use this cozy “vehicle” like a mini cruise along the fjord either for a city visit or just to marvel at the Kiel Fjord from the water side.
