Positive: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Allowed early check-in for 1 of our rooms. Allow late checkout.
Negative: Carpet beside the window was wet. No in room coffee. No phone directory. Main hallway from the lobby was frigid. Hot tub was cold and unusable in the morning. New pool liner has so many wrinkles, amateur installation. There was some renovating ongoing.
