Completely renovated and lovingly furnished finca on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Ses Salines (near Santanyi) in autumn 2017.
The house offers a lot of comfort. TV in all rooms, a large gas grill under the covered terrace, a new fitted kitchen, washing machine, sandpit and swing for children, hammocks, table tennis and for the winter, in addition to a large pellet stove and fireplace, electric heating in all rooms.
The house is ideal for children. The property is completely surrounded by a natural stone wall, so that no child can get lost. A swing, a sandpit, children's toys and a children's bike provide entertainment. 2 highchairs and a children's folding bed make it comfortable for the offspring. Relax on the terrace while your children discover the garden - without fear of a child falling into the pool or getting on a street.
In the immediate vicinity is the natural beach Es-Trenc, which is one of the most beautiful in Europe and has received several awards. There are weekly markets in Santanyi, Ses Salines and Campos.
The house offers 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and a sofa bed. 1 bathroom with shower. The approximately 1700 square meter property has an old Mallorcan dry garden with many cacti and succulents.
