THE HOME:
This spacious yet cozy home was built in 1942 and has all the charms of a mid-century home, with a beautiful remodel of the kitchen and bathroom. The home has only 3 steps to the front door, so it's perfect for seniors. Hardwood and tile on the main floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and 2 bedrooms. Spacious third bedroom is located upstairs and is fully carpeted. We offer quality mattresses, cotton linens, and either a dresser, hanging racks, or closets with organizers. WiFi & basic cable, washer and dryer, iron and board, board games for all ages, magazines, and dozens of books. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite slab counter top, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot & filters. Driveway parking is available for one vehicle, but a car is not essential to travel to neighborhood amenities. **The home is not child-proof, so please contact me before you book if you are traveling with children under 6 years of age. Please note that every guest, regardless of age [whether infant, toddler, or teen] is counted in the maximum of 6 people**

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The home is centrally located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Magnolia. Located on a quiet street just steps away from the public library and a half a block away from the #24 metro bus that takes you to the heart of downtown Seattle. Two blocks away from #19 metro bus, parks, playground, grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, bakery and coffee shops, and a fine gift shop. Located a half mile walk to Discovery Park. Minutes to Downtown Seattle; Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Aquarium, Safeco Field, Century Link, Amazon Headquarters, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and a 30 minute drive to Sea-Tac Airport. 2.5 miles from Seattle Pacific University, 5 miles from Seattle University, and 5 miles from the University of Washington.

HOUSE RULES:
- Maximum of 6 people in the house regardless of age (infant, toddler, teen).
- No pets. Contact me if you have an emotional support pet.
- No smoking in the house or on the property.
- No events or parties.
- Minimum age to book is 25 years
- The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00pm - 8:00am.
- If your stay is longer than 3 days, you may need to replenish soap(s), shampoo, toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels on your own.
- House keeping will not be available. Please make arrangements with the host/owner if you need additional house keeping service.
- No smoking in the house or on the property.
- Check in 4:00pm, check out 11:00am
