Sleeps 8, (1 queen bedroom with private bathroom & 3 queen bedrooms with shared 1 ½ baths). Clean and well-functioning kitchen. New Energy star appliances; stove, microwave, over under refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Everything to cook up a feast! Flat screen TV, free internet. Ample off-street parking.
Enjoy this home by swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, crabbing, fishing or just enjoying the views. With Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C. all close by, there is so much to see and do. Enjoy the comfortable and peaceful waterfront decks and pier as well as the covered porch for all weather entertaining. There is an outdoor fire pit for those chilly nights.
This home includes a main bedroom on the second floor with its own private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise and the wildlife on Dividing creek. Three other large bedrooms are also on the second floor. A fireplace graces the living room on the waterfront side of the house. French doors off the dining room open out to a large covered porch for all weather entertaining. There are water views from many rooms.
