Summary: "Disappointing stay at Radisson Vrindavan! Despite a few positives, the overall service was severely lacking. Security guards were diligent, and Mukesh in the restaurant was exceptional. However, check-in was underwhelming, with no welcome greeting or drink. Disposable kits didn't match the number of guests. Dining experience was frustrating, with slow service, lukewarm food, and staff serving what they wanted, not what we preferred. Room service was slow, Wi-Fi was poor, and smart TVs couldn't access popular streaming apps. For a hotel of this reputation, the standards were disappointingly low. Hope management takes note and improves."
