Positive: The spot was nice right on the beach - but not much else around.
Negative: the rooms are so old, dated and really overdue for renovations - stained carpets, mould in the bathrooms, doorframe coming away from the wall etc. I could tell it been cleaned but no amount of cleaning can make the rooms actually feel nice. they are also SO tiny!
