**BEDROOMS **
This alluring house accommodates 10 guests in a 3rd bedrooms plus a loft. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The first bedroom is a cozy king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, amazing for your little ones. When you go upstairs you will enter a loft area with a trundle twin bed. When you enter the master bedroom upstairs, you will see a large king-sized bed with an attached bathroom.
**BATHROOMS **
There are two full bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.
The main floor bathroom boasts a large combination shower and tub. This bathroom has everything you need, from shampoo to wonderful cozy towels. The full master bathroom on the upstairs level has a spacious walk-in shower. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.
**KITCHEN & LOUNGE**
This luscious airy kitchen is the perfect place to cook for your family. It's also stocked with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel like you're at home.
The lounge area has a large snug couch and loveseat. It's equipped with a Roku TV that allows full access to your favorite streaming services. The living area also has two doors that lead out to the covered porch with the perfect outdoor furniture.
**OUTSIDE SPACE**
The exterior area of this home boasts great views of a pond that you can watch your little ones fish out of. This house is also one of a couple that offers a putt-putt course. We supply all the things needed for all your putt-putt needs. While your kids are playing the games outside, sit back and relax in the hot tub or sit by the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage closet.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well. 🙂
NO CATS; the owner is highly allergic.
Prior to your arrival, guests are kindly asked to complete registration. This is a requirement from the community association where the property is situated. The registration process involves providing your driver's license and vehicle information. This allows for the generation of a dated gate code specifically for the duration of your stay.
Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation.
Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.
Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
