This three-bedroom home is ideal for a family or families seeking active pursuits such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking or hiking, as well as those looking for a more relaxed place to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the Victorian High Country.
You can spend the Winter months enjoying snow activities at Mt. Buller and In the Summer months, there is endless water sports as Lake Eildon is right at your doorstep.
It is located 30 minutes to Mt. Buller, 15 minutes from Mansfield.
This Goughs Bay home embraces magnificent views over Lake Eildon and the nearby surrounding mountains.
The house has an at home feel and you instantly feel relaxed when walking in. There are 3 generous sized bedrooms that are all carpeted, and all bedrooms have access to the patio.
With an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that opens to the large deck that has full view of the lake. There is also a BBQ and lovely seated area on the deck for you to enjoy. The living are has a new large split system air con and a new Jindara wood heater for the cooler nights.
The master bedroom has a king bed, wardrobe and ensuite.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe.
Third bedroom has a bunk bed, double bed and wardrobe.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house with a lockbox at the house for key access. You will be provided the access details on the day of arrival.
Other things to note
There are a few local places to visit such as the Mansfield Zoo, The Maze, Delatite Winery, Mt. Buller and Lake Eildon.
We do ask that guests be conscious of the water used as we are only on tank water.
The toilet is septic, so we ask for you to not put anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
We have gas bottles. If one runs out you just need to turn the lever towards the other full bottle.
