You'll love this riverside location, an easy walk or ride along the river will have you at the wharf precinct, cafes, restaurants and main street amenities. While just around the corner is popular Riverview Deli & Cafe, a great spot for breakfast or a morning coffee.
Inside, the upstairs is light, bright and open plan. The sleek white kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, electric stove & oven and coffee pod machine. From here you walk out through double sliding doors and onto the spacious balcony inviting you to dine alfresco and enjoy glimpses of the river. This large undercover outdoor entertaining area offers BBQ facilities and an 8 person outdoor dining setting and easy chairs.
Sleeps 10 people, this contemporary holiday home comprises 1 x King bedroom, 2 x Queen bedrooms and 2 x Children's bunk rooms. Fully air-conditioned with 2 ½ bathrooms. The generous King sized master suite includes a built-in-robe and ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the second large living area with split system heating and cooling. This is an ideal space for the children and/or visiting guests. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on this ground level. You will also find the large family bathroom and laundry.
Bring the boat! The large driveway has plenty of room for parking.
Only 100m from the river with children's playground and lawned areas, enjoy the outdoors and nature right at your doorstep!
