As you step through the front gate you will be welcomed by the beautiful tropical garden that leads you to the pivot glass front door of this architecturally designed home that is perfectly positioned just a stroll from the beach, bike path and Salt Village that is home to award winning restaurants and cafes.
The fully equipped kitchen features butlers pantry, gas cooktop, concrete breakfast bar and stainless steel fridge/freezer/ice machine. This area flows seamlessly out to the north facing entertainment area. Here you can enjoy a BBQ (Beef eater), pour yourself a cold drink from the outdoor under bench fridge and relax on the day bed or swim in the crystal clear fully fenced salt water pool. Or if you prefer some time away from everyone venture out to the south side of the kitchen to relax on the comfortable lounge and feel the cool breeze while you settle in with your favourite book.
Main living area includes 65' flat screen smart TV large comfortable lounge and dining table.
Upstairs you will find the 2nd living area, perfect for keeping the kids entertained with smart TV, board games and lounge.
The extra large master suite features king bed, large ensuite with free standing bath and large floor to ceiling windows with louvres.
Bedroom 2 and 3 consist of Queen beds and share a bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is downstairs includes a Queen bed, large 65' TV and built in robe and has access to the downstairs bathroom.
This eco friendly house has been designed to capture all the breezes and has ceiling fans throughout.
