Located on the gateway to the famous Naramata Bench just down the street from Poplar Grove Winery and the KVR trail in the heart of wine country. This 1000 square foot newly renovated 1 bedroom ground level licensed suite with private keypad entrance will not disappoint. This vacation rental is new to market boasting a brand new walk out HEATED pool surrounded by a large concrete patio. Upper cedar deck with hot tub and seating. Hot tub is open year round. The entire back yard and pool area is exclusive and not shared with any other guests. 300 sq ft covered patio with BBQ, patio set, leather sofa and love seat.
The suite is large and very open with a leather hide-a-bed, dining table and large kitchen area with lots of counter space. Kitchen has a double sink, induction plate (no stove), fridge with freezer and a dishwasher.
One bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed and premium bedding and pillows. Walk out the patio doors and onto the pool deck. The resort like property maximizes the Okanagan sun and lifestyle. Pool will be HEATED throughout late spring/summer and into the fall to take advantage of our warm Septembers (into October weather permitting).
Access to the famous KVR trail is a 5 minute bike ride from the property. A good number of our guests walk to town and enjoy one of the many great restaurants and craft breweries 1.2 km away. Great property with a great location.
We will start opening up spring and summer 2021 dates in a few months. We have been booked pretty much solid from June until mid October this year and wish to take pause to evaluate our approach for next season.
