IMPORTANT INFORMATION
** Golden Sands (like the rest of the resorts in Ocean City) charges a $75 resort fee (credit cards are accepted) upon your arrival. It includes a FREE guest parking permit and access to all the facilities, including the three pools, fitness center, and saunas. It is payable at the Registration Desk. If there is a line to get registered or an attendant is not available you can do it at a later time after you settle in your unit as your keypad code and the parking space number will be provided to you in advance of your trip.
**Linens and towels are not provided and should be supplied by the guests. Please bring your own queen-size linens. Alternatively, you can purchase a set at the Roses discount store across the street for under $20 or rent it from our cleaning company for $25 a set.
** You need to be 18 years or older to book, however, a complimentary bottle of wine is provided only to guests who are 21 or older.
** Free parking anywhere on the premises in the off-season. Free parking
pass for one car during the season. Renting a parking space for the
second car is an option and can be arranged at the registration desk.
** A reliable Private WIFI and a secure Building WIFI are provided at no cost.
** Please make sure that all three remote controls (for TV, Cable, and
Streaming) are available after you check-in and before you check out.
