The house is distributed on two floors, on the lower floor is the kitchen, the living room with fireplace and exposed beams on the roof, two bedrooms with bathroom and a single bathroom, the upper floor is occupied by the third bedroom, with a toilet and views over the town.

It has a rustic barbecue with good views and an orchard with oranges and lemons that give color and beauty to the garden, is next to a sports field and public pool.

In the garden there are fruit trees, orange trees, lemon trees, fig trees, olive trees and when it is season there are tomatoes and peppers planted for their salads .... It has beautiful views of the town of Sineu.
