Apartment equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.


All linen is supplied (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,

50€ between 10pm and 11pm,

80€ after 11pm.


Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.

Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.


Cleaning:

Summary: The flat itself is very nice - right in the centre of town off one of the main streets but, with it being on the 4th floor, it's also surprising quiet at night. The main centre of Bordeaux was within easy walking distance...for those things that were further out (including the airport), there were several tram lines within a few minutes walk, too. Just be careful of the costs quoted for this flat. Firstly, city taxes aren't included. Also, if you check out on a Sunday there is an extra 30 Euro charge - in this day and age that it simply ridiculous. So between the city taxes and the Sunday check out charge, that's 70 Euros extra that we had to pay that is not in the Expedia listing.
