Positive: Great location. Good sized comfortable house. Beautiful beach view.
Negative: The mattress in the main bedroom was quite un-comfortable. The penguins where extremely noisy the first night, making it near impossible to sleep. The house needs a good deep clean. Couch and spare blankets where dirty, along with the floor and, windows seals, bathroom etc. Clearly it only gets very light clean between guests.
Summary: Loves staying here, but wouldn't stay there again because of the noisy penguins at night.
