Positive: Great location, right by the beach. Best location on Saikaew Beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a small surfboard to use. Have bottled water, coffee, kettle, hairdryer.
Negative: No window, small room (for four), only two chairs for 4 people, was offered a TV but no room for it. No fridge (no room for it). Bathroom needs refurbishing (though the whole room/bathroom were clean) The whole resort was being refurbished (but that did not bother us)
