Family home walking distance (3 miles) to local beach available for minimum of 30 days or as long as 3 months. The home is 3100 square feet, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Outdoor pool has hot tub adjoining, plus barbecue area and waterfall/pond to create a great outdoor living atmosphere . Eight person outdoor dining table plus additional seating for 8 people throughout the backyard. Festival lights help create a relaxing setting. Heated pool and hot tub are great for summer enjoyment.
Home owners will be traveling for the three month period and wish to rent the home to a responsible person(s).
Location is in a safe,mature neighborhood ( Forster Ranch). Home built in 1996, has 3 car garage that is used to house a pool table, ping pong table and work bench area.
Home is located 5 minute car drive to beach, 45 minute walk. Thirty minutes to John Wayne airport, 45 minutes to Disneyland or San Diego recreational areas.
All utilities are included in weekly/monthly rates - no extra fees.
Master bedroom has king size sleep number bed with recently renovated master bath with operate shower and tub. Each additional bedroom has queen size beds. Pets would be considered if well trained with additional deposit.
