This is a family friendly complex suitable for all age groups looking for a relaxing place to unwind or a regular home from home.
The spacious South facing one beachfront apartment has sleeping accommodation on a king size bed in the bedroom, a pull down queen-sized bed is located in the lounge, perfect for relaxing & watching TV. The apartment benefits from 7 English TV channels.
The kitchen is equipped with the basics you would need to make a meal to dine in the lounge or al fresco on the patio. Offering a view from the kitchen straight out to the lagoon and beach.
We were the first on the complex to have also installed filtered mains drinking water to save on the endless plastic bottles, and the carrying of them to the apartment, its such a nice feeling and taste.
The lounge has sliding doors with views from chair over the patio, beach and lagoon. The patio is covered and private.
The sofabed in the lounge is ideal to use as a Single bed.
The hotels facilities include 13 pools, a restaurant, bar, gym , health spa, supermarket shop, tennis court (bookable at reception), internet room, games room, hair dresser, bike rental, sports shop, porter service (additional cost) and jacuzzi. The facilities are dependent on the commercial operation of the hotel and chargeable.

Although the complex services have changed recently this beachfront apartment offers fantastic views and quick access onto the promenade where you can go and explore all that Costa Teguise has to offer. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.
Water sports are available a short walk at Las Cucharas Beach.
The hotel does not currently offer an entertainment programme, its best to think of Beachfront 36 as your base. You have quick access onto the promenade with fantastic views.
For those looking for a fitness retreat the pool on Plaza Verde is heated and set up for lane swimming, bring a swimming cap with you.
