SARATOGA 2023 TRACK SEASON: OUR HOME IS FOR RENT FOR ENTIRE SEASON TO ONE PARTY (~July 13-Sept 4). PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PRICING.
Gorgeous, single family, 3 + 1 bedrooms (king organic latex, queen, queen, fold-out couch), 2.5 bath (4x4' shower not shown in photos) in Saratoga's most historic district only 2 blocks from Broadway but with quiet fenced garden, fruit trees, backyard patio/pergola, front porch, plus driveway. This is our home, so many features that you will not find in a residential rental.
Beautiful eat-in kitchen with island, Viking Stove, large oak dining table, 65" wall mounted TV, plenty of windows. King bed is organic, latex mattress, Master walk-in closet, Master bathroom has 4x4 foot walk-in shower, plus separate cast iron tub. Second and third bedroom are queen beds, but fourth bedroom is small and only has a sofa-couch (fine for short-term guest, but not ideal for long-term sleeping). Large living room, dining room and additional office/reading room with Schafer leather couch.
Quiet, completely fenced-in backyard with gorgeous patio and pergola. Peach trees and grape vines are fruiting during summer months. Private driveway can hold 3+ cars. Front porch has morning sun to enjoy coffee.
