Positive: This hotel was generally a good choice for us traveling with a 2-year old and a 3.5-year old, because of the following: - Little playing corner for kids on the second floor - Extremely friendly staff - Well furnished flat with sufficient room for luggage - Small gift when we left (for the kids as well - they absolutely loved it) - Very nice location next to a park with some wooden statues - we went there in winter and just sledged around in this park to discover the different statues under the snow, the kids loved it)
Negative: Shower with curtain around you - very poor shower experience Hotel cleaning cart placed in the playing corner during day time (there was no room anywhere else because of the tight hallway, however it was very inconvenient and even dangerous for the small ones) No heaters in the room (floor heating); it was problematic in winter because we could’t dry the wet cloths (there is a sort of “drying” room next to the lobby and the staff was very friendly and supported every night with our wet cloths, however it’s inconvenient to go there for every wet sock; a heater should be placed at least in the bathroom). We didn’t understand the hype in other reviews about the fabulous breakfast - it was just an average buffet, nothing out of the ordinary.
