With an inviting and open layout, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers plenty of space to spread out and relax. The living room with its arched doorways, vaulted ceilings and large windows, feels extra spacious. Grab a bowl of popcorn and watch your favorite movies on the large screen TV, or gather around the cozy fireplace and plan your next day's activities.
The kitchen has oversized picture windows, so you can enjoy views of the beautiful backyard while you cook. With granite countertops and a large island, you'll have plenty of room to whip up a tasty meal. Coffee lovers will appreciate the espresso maker and drip coffee pot. With basic utensils and cookware available, you'll feel right at home.
Each of the three inviting bedrooms feature tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for your belongings. The primary suite provides a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third bedroom two twin beds. A queen air mattress is on hand for additional sleeping space. Enjoy soaking in the spacious garden tub in the primary bathroom. The second bathroom features a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Kierland Commons, known for its many great restaurants and shops, is also within walking distance. You'll love having so many wonderful dining and shopping options nearby. Golfers will enjoy being only 10 minutes away from the TPC Champions Golf Course. Baseball fans will appreciate being only 20 minutes away from Sloan Park, where the Cubs train in the spring. The Odysea Aquarium, entertaining for both kids and adults, is only 15 minutes away. The breathtaking Desert Botanical Garden is located only 30 minutes away. 3. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.
4. Pool Heating Fee: An additional $40 nightly fee will be added to your invoice post-booking if pool heating is requested. Pool heating must be requested with a minimum 48 hour notice. *Heated pool is not the same as a hot tub or spa. Heated pool temperature is approximately 78-85 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. There is a ring camera doorbell at the front door. And there is a camera monitoring the driveway and the street.

Summary: Nice house. Needed minor maintenance issues attended to which were annoyances but not crucial elements. Local contact managers hard to get answers from. Hard to get entry access codes initially. Wi-Fi password had been changed but not passed along to us until we had to reach out. The regional manager needed to be contacted multiple times when the local on site caretakers were not answering and tgat did get action taken.
