Villa Pinewood is a luxury 4 bedroom villa located in Pinheiros Altos for holiday rental. This spacious property is beautifully furnished throughout. Perfect for golf lovers with a golf course and club house on site. Quinta do Lago shopping plaza with it's restaurants, bars and boutiques are a short drive away. With air-conditioning throughout, wireless internet access, putting green and pool heating available. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to spacious fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, American style refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen leads to an joining dining area with round table for 8. A separate laundry room houses the tumble dryer and washing machine. Study room with desk. Spacious and very light living room with plasma TV and patio doors out to the pool terraces. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom one is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower cubicle. Patio doors lead out to a balcony with excellent views to pool area and golf course. The covered dining area with wood/wicker table and chairs for 8 people, ideal for alfresco meals. Barbeque area with table and chairs for 4 people. The private swimming pool (10m x 6m) can be heated against an extra charge. Quinta do Lago beach is five minutes by car. Faro Airport is twenty minutes by car. Shopping, bars and restaurants available at Quinta Shopping and Almancil, the nearest town is ten minutes by car. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service Monday to Friday. Air-conditioning is available at a supplemental cost.
