The villa covers 544 m² of living space and includes a beautifully landscaped garden of 169 m². It features four elegant bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. All bedrooms offer sea views, while the two bedrooms on the third floor also include walk-in closets and private terraces.
