Beach Cottage is located in the heart of the historic town of Russell, considered the birthplace of the Treaty of Waitangi and a favorite destination for travelling kiwis and international tourists alike. The Cottage is modern and located only 3 minutes walk into Russell town and beach.
Beach Cottage enjoys the full use of a communal in-ground swimming pool, spa, BBQ facilities and children's playground. Along with car parking and boat storage.
Cottage Layout/Description:
- Ground Floor: Open plan lounge/dining opening out to a private deck and garden. Full sized kitchen, under bench oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, lounge furniture and large dining table. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and a powder room with toilet and vanity.
- Second Floor/Upstairs: 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) with queen bed and ensuite (walk-in shower, toilet and vanity). Bedroom 2 with queen bed. Bedroom 3 with 2 king single beds. Main bathroom (shower over bath, toilet and vanity).
We also offer free wifi, tea, coffee, sugar, mini stereo system, quality linen and towels. Parking for 2 cars.
The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a queen and has an attached en-suited (walk-in shower, toilet and vanity), bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and vanity.
All long weekends have a minimum of 3 nights stay
There is a $200 cleaning fee on all bookings
