Plenty of parking. Guest room has a comfy queen bed with small laptop desk, chair, reading lamps, a little room to stretch. No TV. Private bathroom with tub and shower. I keep my guest quarters CLEAN! Coffee, tea, and granola bars provided. KItchen available for use but you must clean up after yourself. No smoking, vaping, illicit drug use, or partying. No TV. Pets and children not allowed. Free wifi. Access to laundry; tips for use appreciated.
It's a quiet house and the neighborhood is quiet except for some truck traffic in the early morning and at the end of the work day. Carlsbad Caverns is a 30 min. drive. Guadalupe Mts. National Park visitor center is 1 hour. Guest directory in room shows local attractions and eateries
