Positive: The apartment was in a good location, 600m walk to Shimbashi station and plenty of small restaurants in the area. It’s on the top floor with a lift so it felt very private. A small collection of children’s toys which my kids enjoyed. Plenty of amenities in the apartment such as washing/drying machine with detergent, cooking facilities, cutlery, bathroom products and cleaning products.
Negative: The entry and passage through the room were a little bit tight for our family of 5 to get through but was never a big issue. The main beds are on the level above accessed by an external staircase which we knew beforehand. This was a little inconvenient but less of a problem than initially expected as there was a second toilet on the upper level, the stairs were under cover and still felt private.
Summary: Good value for money for the location and private apartment.
