4 Bedroom House in Snowmass Village

Had a cancellation for Dec 21 - 27 so reach out to inquire and special pricing for less than 8 people (ie 4 people can rent the house for a deep discount) . Enjoy a completely renovated, luxury 4 bedroom/4.5 bath townhome on the slopes of Snowmass Mountain. Literally on the slopes for easy ski in/ ski out access. From radiant heat throughout the home to an over sized fireplace, you will stay warm and cozy after a day on the slopes. During the summer, air conditioning can be controlled from each room and built-in heaters can be enjoyed on cool evenings. A few of the many amenities include: an outdoor hot tub; steam shower in the Master; well equipped gym with a peloton, elliptical bike, free weights and TRX; outdoor grill and gas fire pit; 2 dishwashers, wine refrigerator, gas fireplace and dedicated parking. The room set-up is the following: the master and a large guest room on 3rd Floor which both have kings, a guest room on the 1st Floor which also has a king, and the bunk room has a king with two double beds on top (all of these can be seen in the pictures). All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, two of which include bathtubs (the Master & lower guest room). Cleaning is offered weekly or more often if you would like.
For summer 2025, the house is available from July 1 - September 15 (or perhaps longer). We strongly prefer tenants for a month or more and will adjust the rate based on the duration of your stay. Please reach out with questions!
