This luxury three level, five bedroom (sleeping up to 12) corner end-unit townhome boasts a breathtaking two story living room and windows providing natural light with incredible views of the mountains and ski slope. Multiple balconies provide year round outdoor enjoyment aided by southern exposure and a private hot tub.
Conveniently located on the clubhouse level the home enjoys optimal access to all property amenities including clubhouse and pool, and optimal ski access, ski bridge connecting the Sunrise chair and Red Pine Gondola via the private slope going right past the front door (just ski up to the front door and enjoy your private ski changing and storage room complete with boot dryers). Always a plus, the access is ideal for the current COVID era, just ski right in and enjoy lunch in your luxury kitchen or sun filled balcony.

The heart of the living space is two story open floor plan living area with fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular mountain views. Chef's kitchen features luxury appliances and is fully equipped for to enable a great evening with family and friends. Living room features a soaring fireplace with comfortable seating and large screen TV. Dining area has an ideal with view of the fireplace as well as the setting sun.
