Our one-bedroom + den, two-bathroom condo is perfect for tourists, business travelers, remote workers, or both. Located on the second floor of a four-unit building, you'll have our entire 720 square foot condo to yourself. Located in LeDroit Park/Shaw, NW DC, our home offers a peaceful retreat.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, with a 4-burner gas stove with center griddle, Instant Pot, coffee grinder, and stove-top espresso maker. Coffee and tea are available for guests.
- Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with adjustable dimming lights. The closets are locked, but dressers and space to hang your clothes are available.
- Den: Multipurpose space with a projector, fold-out couch, foldable desk, and access to streaming accounts (Max, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime). No TV, but the projector with Bluetooth speakers is easy to use with our instructions.
- Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
- Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer.

Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain. * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads * Dental Floss * Q-tips/Cotton Balls * Diapers * Pills * Paper Towels/Tissues 3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is a one time, non refundable pet fee of $450 per pet. This only applies to pet friendly listings. 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) This home comes with a complimentary street parking pass. 6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice
