Positive: Location for us was paramount, entire property was well kept.
Negative: Beginning to show its age on the interior (rooms/hallways). The common areas appear updated. On a personal note, I found the supplied room coffee (and the coffee in the breakfast area) wanting. So bad, in fact, after trying both I drove down to the local WalMart and purchased a Keurig machine.
Summary: This is a basic, long-term facility which met our needs (sleep and shower)… we would stay again if the need arises.
