The verification steps require the guest to fill out contact information, provide valid identification, and authorize a hold for the $800 security deposit.
Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has been caused to the property.

Strict control of the number of occupants is applied, and the peace of the place must be respected at all times (no "party groups"). A penalty of $125+tax per night per additional person will be charged.
We accept pets (max. 2 per rental), but there is a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.
The number of pets is limited to 2 per chalet.
Pets should not be allowed on the furniture.

Pets are allowed in the chalet for $100/stay. The chalet accommodates up to 2 pets.
TV:
The chalet is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. No cable TV provided.
Firewood:
There is an outdoor woodhouse at your disposal. Six logs are provided per stay. If you need more logs, you can buy them at the store located 10 minutes from the chalet.
The chalet is equipped with a good internet connection (12 Mbps). The living room has a fireplace to keep you warm. The BBQ is designed for your outdoor meals. The spa is functional year-round. You have access to a variety of activities suitable for all seasons.
