Positive: The property is clean, minus some minor improvements that’s needs to be made on the toilets equipments, kitchen ustensiles are ok but not enough. The toilets doors creaks and made clanging noise when open. The sofa needs a slight refresh but is fine. The terrasse is fine but needs more light. The balcony pool is a great idea but needs to be heated to be usable. The oven doesn’t work. The thermostat is broken and you cannot cook at your desired temperature. Overall for the fair price the apartment is fine.
Negative: 1. Furniture needs a refresh. 2. Toilet doors make clanging noise when used. 3. Kitchen ustensiles need to be upgraded. 4. Oven needs to be changed completely. 5. The overall management of the property is not great at all. The staff asked several times to access the property even if we already settled in. Not very professional for that type of practice. Maybe it’s a one time thing it needs to be mentioned. 6. That 50 meters access to the beach is not true because the small pedestrian door that gives you fast access to the beach is closed. You need to use the main car door to get out if the property.
Summary: Good enough for the price but a refresh needed.
