Our apartment has everything you need to rest & enjoy your stay in downtown Des Moines. We provide plenty of room to stretch out after a long day in our city! Located one block from the Pappajohn Sculpture Park, across the street from Horizon Line Coffee, & short walking distance to many fantastic bars and restaurants, there is always plenty to do! All building amenities are complimentary and available to guests! (We are not responsible for when building amenities are out of order or closed.)
