Private and spacious 4-bedroom paradise in leafy-green Glendowie. You will often find Tuis in the trees nearby. Very close to St Heliers beach, and not far from the city. Great for groups, families, couples or business travellers.
Enjoy the open plan kitchen and dining dining area leading out to a deck with a beautiful valley view. Outdoor dining available. The 4-bedroom home includes free wifi, 2x smart TVs with and Sky Sport and Amazon Prime. Longer stays available, please contact me.
The space
In this well appointed modern house you will find a spacious light-filled open plan modern kitchen and dining area wiith a polished wood 6-seater dining suite, 5-burner gas hob and oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The lounge boasts comfortable sofas, a 42" smart TV. Large french doors open out on to a deck with a wonderful valley view.
Along the hall is the large master bedroom with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, super-king bed and sofa bed, as well as a 42" Smart TV. There are three other good-sized bedrooms with double and king-single beds and a bathroom with shower and basin. The laundry is downstairs and includes a washing machine and dryer. Access to free Wi-Fi throughout the property. You may park up to four vehicles on the driveway.
