Summary: Older remodeled home in nice residential area. Fenced in yard. Well stocked. Communication with owner was good. Not really close to anything other than airport (15-30 minute drive to beach and most attractions). Potential negatives include leaky roof above outdoor furniture, next door neighbor with rooster that crows between 5-8 am, unsecure wifi, no closet in MBR, and only one TV.
