Positive: My family and I really liked how spacious the house was, and how each room had its own bathroom along with guest bathrooms. We also liked the styling and design of the house.
Negative: The drive up the mountain to the property was a little rough for my sedan, a warning would've been nice but I guess that's to be expected! Going up and down the mountain multiple times can wear down your brakes. Not really a complaint as it is a Mountain Chalet. Also, it seemed as if the property wasn't 100% ready for guests. Initially, the pool heater wasn't working, and the filter for the refrigerator had to be replaced. The refrigerator also seemed like it was unplugged or turned off and took about 24 hours to go to normal temperatures.
Summary: Our stay was great. Being in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (20-30 minutes) was convenient.
