Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated property including large game room. 3.2 miles from the State Farm Stadium, the Gila Bend Arena, Westgate Entertainment Center, Tangers Outlets Phoenix (for shopping),Peoria Sports Complex and the Desert Diamond Casino. A large waterpark is being built there as well. So much to do and choose from, and just a short cab ride away. Everything is brand new in the house and the designer has thought of everything! Fully equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, and a game room full of fun challenges!! This property is designed to give our guests a luxurious experience while being soooooo close to everything in Peoria! Did I mention just 3.2 miles from everything? If you are a professional player, a team coach or just an avid sports fan this is the perfect property for you. DISCLOSURE this is NOT a view property. While a beautiful outdoor living space has been designed to take advantage of the stunning Arizona sunsets, this property is located across the street from a Home Depot. It does not overlook a golf course, mountains or water. There is an office located behind the property, which you cannot get to from this property. If you had a window open in the master bedroom you may see an employee from time to time. They are not there all week. If you are looking to relax by a pool, please choose another property. If you want to stay in elegant surroundings complete with Bose portable speaker that connects to bluetooth and can be moved around the house including outdoors, usb connections by each bed, and a house that sleeps 6, this is the place for you! Summary: The location was great for our stay. It is convenient to the west side of PHX via the 101. The only traffic related noise was due to thumping bass of a few vehicles that frequent the area. The home was very well equipped for our long stay. The home could be a little better cleaned but it is a pets allowed location so that make this a little more difficult. All in all it was a great stay. I would also encourage the host to provide a guest guide which includes wifi info/garbage instructions/check out expectations.
