Positive: Perfect location. Everyone said it was a short walk and I wasn't sure it would be quite so easy but it was. It felt like you were away from things but 5 minutes and you were in town.

Negative: It's a minor thing but the downstairs felt cold. I suppose it was the changeover between spring and summer so putting the heating on felt wrong, but actually was needed.
